Aluminum Die Casting That Provides Quality and PerformanceWe at St. Clair Die Casting's aluminum department have a reputation of offering our customers the exact die casting aluminum specifications. This has been possible due to our state of technology studio, which is equipped with 21 machines ranging in clamping tonnage from 400 to 1200 tons. We cast aluminum castings up to 45 pounds in 360 alloys and up to 13 pounds in 380 alloys. Our aluminum and zinc departments use central melt furnaces and an efficient launder system to transfer molten metal safely and with consistency of temperature necessary for process control. To complement our launder system, we have fully automated cells which assure shot to shot consistency like: - Aluminum Capacity .25 lb. to 12 lb.
