Zinc Die Casting With Assured Quality OutputAs per our goal that is based on prevention of defects rather than detection of rejects, we at St. Clair Die Casting have made no deviations from the path of excellence. And we have equipped ourselves with only the best machines required for quality zinc die casting. We are furnished with 15 conventional zinc die casting machines ranging in clamping tonnage up to 450 tons. In conventional zinc we cast #3 zinc castings up to six (6) pounds. All our conventional machines run in a full automatic mode. We utilize a central melt furnace and metal is transferred via a launder system. This combination assures consistency and close tolerances.
